Meet Lukasz

I started my recruitment career in London and have spent more than 15 years helping technology companies build engineering and technical teams across Europe.

I set up Three Points to keep recruitment simple and personal.

I work directly with every client and candidate, take on a limited number of searches at a time, and focus particularly on experienced technical people who aren't easy to find through job advertising alone.

My background is in software and engineering recruitment, with particular experience across software, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, cybersecurity, deep tech and technical customer-facing roles.

Three Points is based in Poland and works with companies across Europe.
